Most businesses prefer that we take the defective hardware away to our recently refurbished workshop which has some of the latest diagnostic software and hardware, ensuring a speedy response to fault finding.
Our workshop is equipt with specialist software which means we can properly diagnose a fault rather than an educated guess as many other IT companys do.
As well as repair´s, any PC that enters our workshop gets a full healthcheck and electronic snapshot of the machine which tells us the codes for your software, a full technical specification list and a list of all updates installed on the machine. This means that future work carried out on the system is faster and easier than every before.
When a system needed to be wiped and taken back to a state as good as when new, we perform an OS Reload. This is more than simply putting a disc in the drive. We run the disc install the software then do a full install and update. This usually takes several hours.
