We regret that you have had to look for this information, as it is obvious that you have experienced a problem with alphatech and feel the need to raise a complaint.

To raise a complaint we would advise that you give us a call and initiate your concerns, we will do our very best to resolve immediatley. If you are still not happy with the solutions offered we will speak to the director and come back to you within 24 hours.

If you wish to put your concerns into writing, you can send an email to support@alphatechonline.co.uk alternatively you can find our address on find us page and write to us.

We hope to resolve any issues as soon as they arise however please note it can take upto 5 days to allow us to fully investigate the complaint.
